Organizational Culture Activity 'C-Cubic'

Pulmuone has a corporate activity called “C-Cubic (C3)” that reflects its unique corporate culture and is useful for its members.

 

The name C-Cubic comes from the acronym of “Culture,” “Creative,” and “Change.” It is both the name of the taskforce for building a positive corporate culture of Pulmuone and its corporate culture activities.

 

 

C-Cubic plans and implements programs for employees so that employees can be proud of the company and better concentrate on their work. As a part of a yearly program, various events are hosted once a month, 12 times a year or more.

 

To support internal communication, executive officers participated in cooking classes and other programs including Korean traditional games such as Yutnori (a board dice game) and Jegichaki (a game similar to hacky sack), which helped members blend and bond. Self-improvement programs for employees included special lectures on cognitive psychology, stress management, and lectures given by successful entrepreneurs. Also, employees can take part in the Pulmuone’s spirit of loving our neighbors. Love for Neighbor Gift Kits are sold, and the entire profit is donated to the Pulmuone Foundation. Caring for the environment is another part of the program. For instance, they hand out eco-bags, tumblers, and mugs at events to cut the use of disposable items.

 

Year after year, new ideas and various activities of C-Cubic is increasingly contributing to forming a more positive and robust corporate culture.
