In-depth Interviews with Employees about the Organization
1. Overview & Theme
In 2023, instead of quantitative surveys on organizational satisfaction, in-depth interviews were conducted to find solutions based on the results of existing organizational satisfaction. The interview topics were largely divided into 1) Work performance methods and R&R, 2) Work processes, 3) System and capacity development, and 4) Compensation and recognition. The in-depth interview on organizational culture was conducted with the Brand Management Office.
2. Key Improvement Points & Tasks
The main improvement points suggested by the executives and employees are 'inefficiency in work processes due to unclear R&R between departments and teams', 'work delays caused by system performance issues', and 'sense of deprivation due to compensations percieved to be relatevely low'.
In accordance to each issues, the following tasks were developed: 1) organizational reform and company-wide transfer of functional duty, 2) monthly design fee settlement process review for improvement, 3) opportunity provision for system improvement request and market research, and 4) compensation and recognition enhancement.
By carrying out in-depth interviews and by implementing improvement tasks, starting from the feasible areas, we intend to demonstrate our will to improve Pulmuone's organizational culture to executives and employees.
