1. Talent Developlment System 

Pulmuone provides various of education and training programs through various online and offline channels to help employees strengthen their capabilities and achieve the best results in their work. We operate customized training programs that takes into account each employees' life cycle and position, competency training programs for each job functions, and liberal arts programs covering topics such as liberal arts, cultural studies and social trends. We also support training expenses of 1.2 million KRW per employee per year. Through this system, our employees can autonomously learn and grow by participating in online/offline training programs (such as our own E-learning webpage and external offline courses), or simply by purchasing textbooks and other publications.
