Pulmuone plans to implement carbon reduction initiatives across its business units and production sites by establishing life cycle-based carbon reduction strategies through facility improvements, manufacturing process optimization, and transportation and distribution optimization.

Net Zero Pathway and Greenhouse Gas Reduction Targets¹⁾

In the base year of 2022, Pulmuone recorded greenhouse gas emissions of 59,238 tCO₂eq for Scope 1, 97,667 tCO₂eq for Scope 2, and 338,494 tCO₂eq for Scope 3. Based on the projected emissions pathway developed from this baseline, the Company has established greenhouse gas reduction targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 20% from 2022 levels by 2035 and achieve net zero by 2050. For Scope 3 emissions, the Company has established a target of achieving net zero (100% reduction) by 2050.
