Flexible Working and Family Support Programs

 

Pulmuone provides flexible working arrangements and family support programs to help employees balance work and family responsibilities throughout different stages of life.

 

 

① Part-time Employment and Reduced Working Hours

Pulmuone operates the following part-time employment and reduced working hours arrangements, enabling employees to work fewer than the standard 40 hours per week.

 

(1) Contractual Part-time Employment

Pulmuone offers part-time employment arrangements based on its business characteristics and employees' working conditions. Employees under these arrangements enter into employment contracts based on reduced working hours compared to full-time employees. Part-time employees are provided with the same standards of occupational health and safety, grievance handling, employee welfare, and other key HR programs as full-time employees to ensure a stable working environment.

 

(2) Life-stage-based Reduced Working Hours

Pulmuone operates the following reduced working hours arrangements to enable employees to work fewer than the standard working hours according to life-stage needs, such as pregnancy and childcare.

 

 

② Flexible Working Arrangements

Pulmuone operates flexible working arrangements—including a selective working hours system, discretionary working hours system, staggered working hours, and remote working—to allow employees to adjust their working hours according to the nature of their work and individual schedules. These arrangements are available to all employees on an ongoing basis.

 

③ Paid Family  Care Leave

Pulmuone provides paid family care leave for employees who need to support spouses, children, parents, grandparents, or siblings due to illness, accidents, or age-related needs. This program is separate from paid parental leave for childbirth or adoption and enables employees to fulfill their caregiving responsibilities while maintaining stable employment.

 

④ Other Family Support Programs

In addition to the programs described above, Pulmuone operates the following family support programs to promote work-life balance.

 

• Maternity and Childcare Support: Prenatal medical examination leave, maternity leave, parental leave (up to 52 weeks), and women's lounges

• Childcare Support: On-site childcare center, childcare subsidies, childbirth and school entrance grants, children's education assistance, and childcare subsidies for employees raising children with disabilities

• Family Event Support: Special leave for family events, marriage congratulatory payments, and condolence support services
