Net-Zero Transition Plan
Quantified Target for Investments or Funding to Implement the Transition Plan
Pulmuone has established and is implementing a quantified, time-bound investment plan to support the transition to a low-carbon business model, in alignment with its long-term goal of achieving Net Zero by 2050 and the Paris Agreement goal of limiting global temperature rise to 1.5°C.
In particular, capital expenditures (CAPEX) are allocated and executed annually for environmental initiatives, including energy efficiency improvements, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction, and enhanced water and wastewater management, supporting the effective implementation of the Net-Zero Transition Plan.
2025 Environmental CAPEX
Pulmuone executed a total of KRW 4,375.25 million in environment-related capital expenditures (CAPEX) in 2025. The breakdown of investments is presented below.

In particular, approximately 46% of total environmental investment was allocated to energy efficiency and Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions reduction, with a focus on achieving near-term emissions reductions over the next five years in line with the Net-Zero Transition Plan.
① Investment in Energy Efficiency and GHG Emissions Reduction (Approx. KRW 2.0 billion)
Investments in manufacturing plants and logistics centers focused on reducing steam consumption, optimizing HVAC operations, and installing solar power generation systems. These initiatives are designed to improve energy efficiency, expand renewable energy use, and reduce GHG emissions from operations.
② Enhanced Water and Wastewater Management (Approx. KRW 2.3 billion)
Pulmuone upgraded water and wastewater treatment facilities and installed water reuse systems across its manufacturing plants, strengthening water quality management while improving water use efficiency and expanding water reuse.
③ Air Pollutant and Other Environmental Management
IoT-based real-time monitoring systems were installed for air emission facilities, alongside improvements to waste management systems across business sites.
