Materiality Metrics for External Stakeholders
Social Impact Assessment of Material Issues for External Stakeholders
Pulmuone conducts social impact assessments of material issues that affect external stakeholders during the materiality assessment process, measuring social benefits and costs to deepen our understanding of environmental and social responsibility. The measurement methodology involves multiplying output indicators corresponding to Pulmuone's material issues by relevant social values (+/-), with unit social values derived from external research and credible publications from reputable institutions. The material issues for 2023 and 2024 are “Reducing Waste and Expanding Eco-Friendly Packaging" and "Sustainable Products & Services" which are the most significant concerns for food companies. Pulmuone aims to intensively manage the associated risks and opportunities to further amplify positive impacts on the environment and society.
