We strive to establish a "safer workplace for safer food." Pulmuone collaborates with employees, customers, subsidiaries, partners, merger and acquisition targets, joint ventures, and all stakeholders across the supply chain to promote a culture of safety.

 

※ Pulmuone categorizes food safety, ESH issues as an operational risks and to enact optimal and integrated response to any occasions

     including emergency situations, the process is divided into pre-management (pre-indicator management, strengthening process control) and

     post-management (contingency planning, scenario response) depending on how the risk has been developed and whether it can be

     controlled.

 

■ Health and Safety Leadership by the Board of Directors

Pulmuone’s health and safety policies, strategies, and action plans are driven by the leadership of the Board of Directors. We regularly assess health and safety performance and risks, review them at the Board level, and transparently disclose them to stakeholders to build trust. The Board ensures the necessary resources and support are provided for Pulmuone to consistently implement sustainable health and safety management. Employees voluntarily identify and address risks across all business activities and engage in proactive health and safety improvement efforts.

 

■ Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and Policy Enhancement

Pulmuone strictly complies with industrial health and safety regulations, including the Serious Accident Punishment Act. We manage these requirements as obligations for all employees, contractors, subcontractors, and partners involved with Pulmuone. Furthermore, we establish and adhere to higher voluntary standards of health and safety beyond legal requirements to create and maintain a safe working environment.

Pulmuone conducts thorough inspections and regular maintenance of facilities to enhance safety across production and logistics. We also ensure the health and safety of communities and customers by rigorously managing the safety of facilities, raw materials, and products. ■ Health and Safety Management System

Pulmuone sets both quantitative and qualitative health and safety goals annually, monitors progress regularly, and implements concrete plans to achieve these objectives. We appoint safety representatives from among employees to participate in health and safety meetings, review performance, and discuss plans. We support all workers in the supply chain in identifying and addressing risks proactively to minimize health and safety risks.
