R&D Investment to Improve Nutrition and Accessibiblity of Healthy Products

Processed foods are considered one of the risk factors for chronic diseases in modern people. Pulmuone, a food manufacturer conducts health and nutrition-related research as a responsible management. Pulmuone actively invests in clinical research on nutritional improvement to reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as reducing 'sodium, sugars, saturated fat’and ‘GL’ sustainable foods and diet. In addition, Pulmuone conducts research on food manufacturing cost reduction and consumer research to form an appropriate price for nutritional foods, functional foods, sustainable foods and diets. The results of continuous research are published through conference posters and academic journals.
