Whistleblowing

Transparent Management 2018-01-22

Pulmuone has set in place Whistle Blowing policy as a means to handle cases of corruption and firmly embed anti-corruption culture in the company.

Whether it is a Pulmuone employee or an external stakeholder, they can easily and freely report violations and blow the whistle via multiple channels such as Cyber Audit on Pulmuone’s official homepage, internal proposal system called Irumi, phone, postal mail, etc.

The reported case will go through analysis and be delivered to the head of TISO Office and the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to review credibility and criticality. Then, with the consent of the TISO office head and the approval of the CCO, the case will be audited.

The audit findings are reported to the head of TISO office and the CCO to review whether there were any misconduct and whether they were illegal.

Afterward, the results are shared with the General CEO and the head of Human Resources Division. When it is deemed that misconduct was intentional, the case is submitted to the Human Resources Committee and they hold a meeting to determine measures to be taken.

Rewards are provided to whistleblowers in pursuant to TISO management’s guidelines on whistleblowing rewards, and their identities remain confidential. Also, contents of the whistleblowing and the measures taken are regularly posted on an electronic bulletin board to be shared with all employees.
