1. Compliance Council

Pulmuone and its affiliates hold a compliance council consisted of council members, leaders, and managers of its Compliance Program (CP) every quarter to share fair trade issues and further embed the culture of voluntary compliance in a sustainable manner.

2. Inspection of fair trade breaches

The compliance council members and leaders of relevant divisions check for violation of laws related to fair trade with a checklist semi-annually, and take corrective actions on potential cases of breach when they are identified.

3. Researching and sharing amendments in laws

Enactment and amendment of relevant laws are monitored every month and reported to the Risk Management Committee to ensure that the modifications are added to the voluntary inspection checklist.

4. Disclosure of voluntary inspection results

Items for the voluntary inspection were added under the enterprise-wide control in the internal accounting management system, which functions as an instrument for internal control, to receive review not only from internal audits but also from external auditors. The reviewed results are disclosed to stakeholders in a form of audit reports.
