The Pulmuone Communication Leader (PCL) course has its purpose in strengthening communication skills of leaders for cooperative corporate culture to take root, and to improve performance. Throughout the course, participants look for causes as to why communication can seem difficult, and try to better understand different perspectives people have. It also provides various activities and cases to practice specific, right, and clear communication. Since it was first established in 2017, 64 executives have completed the course.
